Give thanks for God’s immeasurable love. For even in the midst of brokenness, hope remains. Where there is love and hope, there can also be healing. Although your soul may ache, take solace in the loving-kindness of your Creator and be reassured by the promise that God cares for your soul. Under the shadow of his wings, hope springs eternal. Just as the sun rises each morning, bringing with it renewed hope and a fresh perspective, our spirits are refreshed daily by the healing power of God’s love for us.
When you face difficulties and life detours you through the valley of heartbreak, journey through it with the assurance that you will smile again…you will laugh again…you will dance again, and that your tears of sadness shall be traded for tears of joy. God’s word states that “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). Therefore, in times of heartache, hold fast to the promise and know that he will heal your broken heart and bind up your wounds.
Affirmation: “I Choose Hopefulness”
Today, I choose hopefulness instead of hopelessness, and I abide in faith for a positive future. As I look outside my window, I see the beauty and magnificence of God’s creation, which serves as a reminder that all that has been created is perfect and that I am part of God’s perfect creation, too. As I give thanks for the blessedness of being alive, my heart swells with hope, optimism courses through my veins, a smile expands across my face, and I am in a positive place of hopefulness. All is well. In Jesus’ name, Amen.🕊
